为什么我的oracle9i for AIX5L安装后找不到sqlplus?

安装完系统后，在/oracle目录下运行
sqlplus /nolog
他竟然提示：no found

然后我运行
$su - oracle<<EOF
>lsnractl start
>sqlplus /nolog @/oracle/startup.sql
>exit
>EOF
以后，系统显示如下信息：

请大家帮忙看一下，数据库的启动有没有问题，还有就是我如何才能直接运行sqlplus /nolog就能直接进去系统里面去，谢谢大家了！！！

有人说是环境变量的问题，可是我的环境变量是没错的呀，大家看一下：就把oracle 安装到/oracle这个目录里了呀！！！！！！！

以什么操作系统用户执行的？root当然会报错，另外如果su oracle 不是su - oracle,也会报这种错误！

PATH=${ORACLE_HOME}/OPatch:/usr/local/perl/bin{PATH}
这两个地方好像是错了。第一个改库：PATH=$PATH：$ORACLE_HOME/bin

我的是按你说的那样写的呀，没有错误呀，是copy的时候，到论坛上就变了，
我也看了，在oracle_home/bin的目录下，有sqlpule的文件呀，可是就是直接执行sqlplus不行，哎
