【求助】请教各位大侠cisco 2950T不能进入系统怎么办?

由于本人是初学者,然后在学习的过程中将"flash"erase掉了,启动系统后如下的症状:

  并且交换机的syst指示灯是绿色(但是一直闪烁).,还有其次10/100/1000Base-T两端口的指示灯为桔黄色.
