【Role & Responsibility】
——Provide post-sales and technical support to China / Taiwan /Hong Kong enterprise customers.
——Support product includes Enterprise Server, storage, network as well as related software:
HP 9000/Itanium server
Alpha server
Tape library and Disk storage
Data Protector
Network product (Cisco)
HP UX
Tru64UNIX
Linux
Netware
Openview
Related application
——Gain customer satisfaction through professional service
——Service delivery through phone, and remote diagnostic
【Job requirement Must】
——Good listening and communication skill
——Related working experience 1-2 years
——Good team work and willing to help attitude
——Good speak and reading in English
【Job requirement Want】
——Working experience in Call Center and customer support
——Diploma in computer science / information / electronics or related major
【补充】
1. 该职位是一个engineer职位并不是一个管理职位，发展方向是朝高端技术方面，高level的engineer发展的，希望像管理类职位发展的candidate慎重，但其薪水未必会低于管理该职位的manager。
2. 该职位要求对高端服务器小型机了解，如HP9000，IBM RS6000，SUN的高端服务器都可。另外，对unix（Solaris,AIX,Tru64）有相当了解的资深engineer我们也持十分欢迎的态度。若获得HP UX试用管理认证（SUN、IBM相关认证也可）最佳。
3. 有过大型系统管理支持经验的人员最佳。（如银行ATM系统，电信网通计费系统等关键业务系统）
4. 该职位服务于企业用户，接触国际最新进的技术线，现招聘一线的engineer，但优秀的engineer也可自荐做2线的engineer。
5. 有HP9000服务器，Alpha服务器，HP unix操作系统，TRU 64操作系统相关经验最佳
