在solaris10上安装oracle10.2,oracle10g RAC ,CSS不能配置起动

oracle10g RAC ,CSS不能配置起动
在solaris10上安装oracle10.2,装好后运行dbca,选则配置asm，在配置asm的过程中要求运行$ORACLE_HOME/bin/localconfig add, 运行结果如下：
# ./localconfig add
Failure at scls_scr_create with code 1
Internal Error Information:
Category: 1234

Location: mkdir
Other: Unable to make user dir

Configuration for local CSS has been initialized

Adding to inittab
/etc/init.d/init.cssd: /var/opt/oracle/scls_scr/Netral1/root/cssrun: cannot
create
Startup will be queued to init within 30 seconds.
Checking the status of new Oracle init process...
Expecting the CRS daemons to be up within 600 seconds.
Giving up: Oracle CSS stack appears NOT to be running.
Oracle CSS service would not start as installed
Automatic Storage Management(ASM) cannot be used until Oracle CSS service is
started

手动添加目录/var/opt/oracle/scls_scr/Netral1/root后再次运行脚本

./locaconfig reset , the result as follow
# ./localconfig reset
