请教如何在VA COBOL中连接DB2数据库？多谢了！

近来自学VA COBOL和DB2，可在连接DB2时，我使用了语句
WORKING-STORAGE SECTION.
COPY SQLCA.
。。。。。。
EXEC SQL
CONNECT TO :WS-SERVER-NM
USER :WS-USER-ID
USING :WS-PASSWORD
END-EXEC.
编译时报“COPY”库没找到，数据库连接没找到，不知何故？？而且我在DB2的CLIENT CONFIGURATION ASSISTANT中能够连通DB2的实例！纳闷！！不知哪位大虾能指点迷津！！谢谢了！

我在LINKAGE SECTION中，写了
EXEC SQL INCLUDE ‘D:\Program files\sqllib\include\sql.h' END-EXEC.'的语句，可编译时还是报读”sidefile2时出错，痛苦啊！谁能让我脱离苦海啊？？
错误信息如下：
