Requirements:
1.Be familiar with Microsoft series products, OS Windows XP/2000,Exchange Server/Outlook, SQL Server, IIS Web Server
2.More than 3years IT support experience in IT field, esp to support Microsoft series products
3.MCSE is preferred
4.Understand Cisco Router and switch and CCNA certificate is preferred
5.Degree in IT or related, particularly with management modules and relevant work experience
6.Excellent written and spoken english is a must
