AIX的内存管理，如何设置minfree,minperm等值

硬件：H85 7026-6H1 4*CPU   4G内存
应用：JAVA
OS ：AIX4.3.3   ML10
内存使用目前占用的非常高，经常达到99％；查看到文件系统缓存占用为50％，设置为默认值

请帮忙分析一下，我可以如何设置；我之前曾按如下配置设置，可是感觉没有效果就去掉了
在/etc/inittab中添加vmtune:2nce:/usr/samples/kernel/vmtune -f 1000 -F 1008 -p 20 -P 30
不知道如果加上参数-h 1的话，程序申请不到内存时会发生什么错误，我联系过800，但都建议不更改此值，不知道更改了会不会出现什么不可控制的错误？有多大的影响；

您说的是在AIX5L中用的设置方法，更改参数的方法我都会，只是不知道这些参数设置按照什么规则来设置，即设置多大；而且strict_maxperm设置了之后会出现什么问题？
