如何做ha的双机同步？必须先停下HACMP吗？

今天做了一次hacmp的 Verify ,步骤如下：
smit hacmp-> Initialization and Standard Configuration-> Verify and Synchronize HACMP Configuration，显示一下信息。我是不是要做一次同步？该怎么样做呢？同步之前是不是必须停止HACMP?请各位赐教，谢谢！
