Senior EMS/NMS Java Engineer

Basic Requirement
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field is required.

Candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience in requirements analysis, design, implementation and unit testing in Java development environment.

Experience developing Element Management System/Network Management System (EMS/NMS) is strongly desired.

Candidates will require excellent communications skills in Mandarin and average communication skills in English to be able to translate system requirements to actual software design and to effectively understand, debug and correct problems faced by the teams in China and the USA.

Candidates will be responsible for independently taking a feature all the way from design to implementation and test. This will require technical strength and the ability to interact with the team to ensure other features are integrated with the overall system.

Candidates will require experience and knowledge of standard software development processes and methodologies, and have a high commitment to software quality.
  
Strong preference will be given to candidates with the following skills
Java Programming, XML, RMI.

Solid knowledge of Design Pattern.

SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol).

Telecommunication management system (EMS/NMS) related software development experience.

TMN knowledge including Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security (FCAPS) areas.

  
Additional technical knowledge
Development experience in both Windows and UNIX environments is highly desired.
