Overall Purpose of the Role:

Deliver high quality service for the GM customer.  Providing support to real time manufacturing systems and services to our remote clients in the Asia Pacific region.



Primary Responsibilities:   
  Function as interface between the project team and the customer or user.  
  Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to manufacturing systems including off hours as required
  Work with team to manage helpdesk tickets
  Ensure contract requirements in the statement of work (SOW) are achieved
  Define, organize, and control project work
  Ensure that Global M&Q standards and procedures are followed
  Share helpdesk responsibility with entire team.


职位要求：

Qualifications/Experience
  BS/MS in Computer Science or related majors.
  Strong English & Chinese communication skills (Spoken, written).
  Self-motivated, good problem solving, good inter-personal communication skills
  Experience in Windows Server and at least one of the following: Visual Basic
  Experience as informal leader of small teams to complete mid-size projects
  Demonstrate strong ability to work with minimum supervision
  Experience in UNIX, SQL Server, or ORACLE is an asset
  Manufacturing background preferred.
