Role 1) Siebel Developer (OLTP)
- More than 2 years solid Siebel working experience, especially with Siebel Consumer Goods 7.8
- At least one Siebel development/implementation experience
- Oracle DBMS: SQL, procedure
- Familiar with Siebel Tools, eScripts, WorkFlow, EIM
Role 2) Siebel Developer (OLAP)
- More than 3 year BI experience, solid experience with Informatica, Analytics, ETL
- Oracle DBMS: SQL, procedure
- Unix
- Siebel training or working experience will be asset.

Job Summary
Translates Motorola tactical and strategic objectives into workable capabilities and solutions. Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. Performs best-in-class benchmarking and identifies all possible solutions, performs cost-benefit analyses, implements solutions, and measures results. Ensures user acceptance and that business results are met with minimal risk.
Job Content
Works on a variety of projects that constitute a portion of a RCD program. Uses intermediate level of retail and channel management knowledge and a solid understanding of Siebel systems to define and analyze project scopes and requirements to meet both business and end-user needs. Gathers, analyzes, and documents current practices, workflows, and business needs to identify efficiencies, alternatives, and gaps. Contributes to define project scopes and timeframes. Gathers, analyzes, and documents requirements, and manages changes to the project scope or deliverables. Leads requirements meetings for assigned projects. Reviews test plans to mitigate risks and to ensure the systems meet functional and performance requirements. Develops positive relationships with other Motorola functions involved in the design process. Makes and implements recommendations to immediate team to enhance performance and improve productivity..
Scope
Work may be reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy. Follows established processes and directions. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Receives general instructions on routine work, new projects or assignments. May provide guidance to entry level personnel.
Work Interface Internal/External Builds productive working relationships internally with IT team and externally with Motorola functional team Primary inter-organizational with Motorola functional team on routine matters. Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
A 4-year bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or other job related degree from an accredited college or university 7+ years working experiences participating IT project, management consulting ; 2+ years of experience working in IT BA/BSA positions Intermediate level of business knowledge in the sales, marketing domain. Retail and channel management sub domain is preferred. Knowledge of Siebel Consumer Goods application- understanding the function of Siebel modules; Fluent in English and Mandarin, both Writing and oral communication.

Siebel Engineer Location: Shanghai
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related disciplines
- At least 2 years Siebel Essentials ( CRM) experience；
- Development experience in Siebel Insurance is preferred；
- Willing to travel within mainland China；
- Good command of English.
