Windows系统管理员有什么具体要求，什么待遇啊

Responsibility:
1. Administration of Windows Server's systems and user account, capacity planning for server resources, performance tuning as well as ensuring the availability of systems in the Data Centre & E-Hub.
2. Other duties will include ensuring the smooth operations and achieving overall efficiency of the Windows Server environment.  Evaluate new technologies & tools, test & install of new Windows Server systems hardware & software, and at the same time establish and maintain the technical standards, policies & procedures.
3. Required to manage projects as well.
Requirement:
1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT related discipline with minimum 3 years of working experience in a Data Center environment as a Windows Servers administrator
2. A team player with good interpersonal skills as well as ability to work independently
3. Ability to speak Mandarin as this candidate is required to serve the China market
4. Candidates who possessed MCSE certification are preferred
5. Knowledge of the following will be an added advantage
- Internet Information Server
- Citrix MetaFrame
- BMC Patrol
- Veritas BackupExec
- Marcator Event Server
- Unix / Linux System Admin

Job Summary
Responsible for the administration of the Jobs scheduling systems, production control, statistics collection/trend analysis, and computer operation automation in the Data Centre.
Job Duties
1. Liaises with application teams to handle service requests and coordinates the automation of batch processing using BMC:Control-M, CA:AutoSys and FAQS/PCS.
2. Performs products upgrade, evaluation on systems management tools and operation automation processes as part of the improvement initiatives to enhance the operation efficiency for the Centre.
3. Plans and co-ordinates system preparation to ensure smooth commissioning of operations support to existing or new systems.
4. Trouble-shoot and resolves errors for daily operations and maintains log for errors and delays.
5. Develops, implements and maintains relevant operational controls to ensure reliability of production control functions
6. Ensures compliance to Company's policies and procedures.
Requirement:
1. Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Computer Studies or related discipline.
2. Technical Experience:
- Knowledge of Unix Operating System and Shell Scripts programming language is a must.
- Familiar with BMC: Control-M job scheduling system.
- Knowledge of CA: AutoSys and FAQS/PCS job scheduling systems will be an added advantage.
3. Skills Required:
- Project Management Methodology
- Good trouble shooting and analytical skills
- Documentation of Procedures
- Operations minded with information security Awareness
4. Ability to speak Mandarin as this person will be required to serve the China market

感觉上象是跨平台管理的。。。至于统筹调度就实在不明白了。。。主要用在什么方面能说一下么？ 例如软件外包—— 质量控制？流程控制？资源控制？客户服务控制？ 还是基于硬件方面的故障检测定位什么的呢？？或者是远程控制跟netop类似的？？？
