device-modem module problem

this module could not be install

first i could not search this module in ppm
then i got the list of it in ppm3, but could not install it by command "install device-modem" or " install number", afterward i searched and download this module in cpan website lib, but still have not idea how to install it probably in my pc.
( i copied the files into the perl\lib and perl\site\lib, but failed and all the method)
could you help me?
