2008年4月9日检查系统syslog发现故障日志如下：

SCSI: Read error -- dev: b 31 0x048000, errno: 126, resid: 2048,

LVM: vg[1]: pvnum=1 (dev_t=0x1f048000) is POWERFAILED

LVM: Failed to automatically resync PV 1f048000  error: 5

LVM: Recovered Path (device 0x1f048000) to PV 1 in VG 1.

可以看出是磁盘/dev/dsk/c4t8d0的读写报错，而且报错日志比较频繁。

由于当时检查出vg和pv(c4t8d0)的状态都是正常的，且pv的访问比较繁忙也容易导致此类的错误，在hp工程师的建议下做了以下操作：
pvchange -t 120 /dev/dsk/c4t8d0

5月13日早上syslog发现
/opt/resmon/bin/resdata -R 228589640 -r /storage/events/disks/default/0_9_0_0.8.0 -n 228589612 -a

看来还是比较迫切需要更换硬盘了。

看看是不是有以下这行,黑体时间部分可以无视
brw-r-----   1 bin        sys         31 0x020000 Dec 17 12:45 c2t0d0
如果确实有,看看c2t0d0这块盘是在哪个VG里面,有哪些LV
#lvdisplay -v /dev/vg**/lv** |grep stale
以上命令看看是否有stale的块,很可能c2t0d0有问题了.做一次dd测试也可以

设备c2t0d0检查看看；再看syslog
