1.Software Design Engineer, OSS(BJ-ED-1163) (急聘)
Responsibilities:

        Independently design and develop network management products (NBI) for 2G/3G network

Requirements:

        Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required. MS proffered
        At least 3 years of working experience in telecommunication field
        Good understanding of basic telecommunication knowledge, such as GSM, TD-SCDMA, and WCDMA
        Experience in object oriented programming and system design, strong programming skills & experience in C++/JAVA or script
        Experience in OAM software development, knowledge of Network management protocols (SNMP, CORBA, CMIP, UDP, TCP/IP)
        Experience in database software development such as Oracle, Sybase and MySQL
        Knowledge on NBI is a plus
        Working experience of UNIX, familiar with UNIX commands
        Strong software skills and demonstrated software debugging skills
        Good team player
        Fluent in oral written English
2． System Integration and Verification Engineer, OSS (BJ-EIV-1164)     
     (急聘)
Responsibilities:
        Integrate hardware and software of different nodes to implement OAM system for broadband/2G/3G Networks.
        Design and perform integration tests, debug node and system issues, verify compliance of interfaces and features
        Work in cross-functional team environment with Systems Engineering and System
        Development and participate in design, implementation and test reviews
        Drive quick resolution of the problems by coordinating the tests with H/W, S/W engineers and system design
Requirements:
        Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required, MS proffered
        At least 2+ years involvement in software testing or development for Telecommunication
        Familiar with telecom testing concepts and operations
Knowledge of system technology and protocols in one or more of the following areas is required: GSM/GPRS, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA, IMS.
        Knowledge of Network management protocols (SNMP, CORBA, CMIP, UDP, TCP/IP)
        Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
        Knowledge of basic UNIX operation is required
        Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required
        Strong teamwork skills
3. DSP/CPU Driver Developer (BJ-ED-1250)

Responsibilities:

        Driver development, test and debugging for DSP/CPU from Freescale
        Understand system requirements and system architectures.
        Develop new driver modules and adapt existing modules for new middleware.
        Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues is part of the work. You will also participate in pre-studies and feasibility studies when needed.
        The work may also include improvement of SW development methods and implementation of new tools/environments i.e. continuous improvements.

Requirements:

        Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline (Masters preferred)
        Strong experience in writing device drivers (3+ years) is preferred.
        Good understandings of RapidIO protocol and RapidIO driver development is a plus.
        Knowledge and working experience with Freescale chipset and IDE tools.
        OFDM/TD-SCDMA baseband development experience is an advantage.
        Good C/C++ skills (2+ years)
        Experience on Linux development environment, especially embedded systems (1+ years)
        Strong problem analysis skills
        Be able to work in an extremely fast pace, high-pressure environment.
        English technical document reading and writing, fluent oral communication in English

4. VOIP Software Developer (BJ-ED-1251)

Responsibilities:

        Design and develop VoIP related software modules.
        Design and review VoIP related features.
        Perform unit test and integration on software.
        Integrate software with third part software modules.
        Maintain VoIP software and support deployment from R&D point of view.

Requirements:

        BE/ME in CE/CS or similar field.
        Strong C programming skills
        RTOS embedded experience (VxWorks, PSOS, and Linux OS)
        Experience in VoIP related protocol, H.323, SIP, RTP, H.248, etc.
        Strong experience in call control application, such as three ways calling, call forwarding, call waiting, etc.

5. Integration & Verification Engineer, Broadband (BJ-ED-1273)

Responsibilities:

        I&V engineer is responsible for ensuring  telecom broadband product quality, securing test method and test environment to fulfill all the assigned test activities within approved cost, time and quality frame.
        Establish integration & verification scope
        Design and develop test method/environment
        Integrate HW & SW and make test start
        Execute test cases & complete test report,
        Analyze test results & analysis faults

Requirements:
        Major in EE or related fields
        Good communication skill
        Logical & structured
        Quick Learner
        Team work spirit
        GPON, SDH, Microwave and radio access network experience plus  

6. System Integration and Verification Engineer, TD-SCDMA RAN (BJ-EIV-1200)
Responsibilities:

        Perform the system test to integrate and/or validate the new TD-SCDMA features, mainly focus on RNC/NodeB system

Requirements:


        Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, EE, Computer or related areas
        2 years first hand experience on one of following areas, CDMA/GSM/GPRS/TD-SCDMA/UMTS/HSDPA or a closely related technology
        Good understanding of large scale software development cycle and process
        Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure
        Be flexible on work-time during load delivery
        Strong communication skill in both English and Chinese
        Good teamwork
