1. Quality Manager
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 30-40 based in Beijing and Bangalore to ensure product quality and drive quality improvements across multiple application development teams
Responsible for overall resource and program management to run all major projects from QA (Quality Assurance) perspective with project/program/product managers, development managers and other stakeholders
Recruit, development and maintain talents; conduct performance management and compensation approval
Set vision for the group, aligning the strategy with department and company goals and driving successful initiatives
Enhance internal and interface working process, supervise and guide PPQA (Product and Process Quality Assurance) job
Qualifications:
A Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or related engineering
Technical and/or Functional skills:
Minimum 5 years working experience, QA experience is preferred
At least 2 years proven QA project/team leader/manager experience
Solid skills and experience in project management and team management
Be familiar with Software Development Life Cycle and testing process
Excellent understanding of automation concepts and tools.
Solid experience with SQL and database systems testing. Experience on PL/SQL and Oracle would be a plus.
Proven experience in working on UNIX or Windows (or both) environments is preferred.
Basic financial knowledge about Equity is preferred

2. QA Manager (S&T)
Role and Responsibilities:
The RTNS project supports the Thomson Reuters Post Trade Services business by providing a trade notification and affirmation system. This TR hosted system makes use of Next Generation Transactions (NGTx) technology and infrastructure and distributes trade notifications from remotely connected Publishers to Receivers with an optional affirmation workflow. Publishers and Receivers may choose from a growing number of protocols and connection types and significant numbers are expected to use the platform FIX gateway.
Qualifications:
Role and Responsibilities:
Serve as primary liaison for the PTS Quality Manager to the RTNS Team in Beijing
Responsible for direct Staff Management of QA Test Team Lead (performance reviews, coaching/mentoring etc)
Work with QA Test Team Lead to provide Automated Test and Quality Metrics to the Global Head of TPG QA
Coordinate process issues, discuss standards (tools and test techniques), and facilitate inter-team cooperation
Escalation point for the QA Test Team Lead to raise any concerns or issues and ensure they do not become insurmountable problems
Engage with the various teams (Dev, Test, Product) for commitment to their areas of testing and assess the reasonableness of that testing
Co-ordination with Quality Managers in Nottingham on testing across projects
Ensure adherence to end to end QA process and standards
Attend regularly scheduled project meetings , organize project reviews with Development Manager, Technical Team Manager, Project Manager and QA Test Team Lead to ensure the quality of releases

3. Technical Team Leader (RDF-D)
Role and Responsibilities:
Software Development Manager for the Thomson Reuters Data Feed Direct and Data Distribution Strategy Projects. The position will involve object oriented design and management of multiple developers with a heavy focuses on software performance. Both of these projects involve the collection and normalization of financial data for fast, real-time financial data systems.
C++ Software Design and Development
Interact with global team of software development groups
Manage multiple developers and C++ development projects
Accurate estimation of software development timeframes
Interaction with Business Analyst team to gather and clarify requirements
Interaction with the QA team for regression and integration testing
Qualifications:

4. QA Team Leader (RDF-D)
Role and Responsibilities:
The Thomson Reuters Data Feed Direct Quality Team Leader is primarily responsible not only for the quality of their own work, but that of their team members.
Managing the completion of testing/quality assurance processes, including the coordination of development changes between the design and testing groups.
Developing and planning test bed, coordinating equipment usage, scheduling equipment purchases in line with budget considerations and coordinating associated work activities.
Executing and monitoring testing results, and communicating the overall status of testing across multiple programs and projects to key team members and stakeholders, including recommended development changes.
Preparing, maintaining and reviewing test case documentation and metrics results to ensure compliance with quality assurance and customer requirements.
Ensuring compliance with testing and development methodology and policies.
Implementing improvements to testing processes to create efficiencies.
Providing knowledge sharing and training to testing team members on testing tools, techniques, processes and environments.
Qualifications:

5. Technical Team Manager (GQS)
Role and Responsibilities:
To complete the objectives of each assignment within the agreed timeframe
To lead and effectively manage the team both on technical and administrative issues.
To be able to abstract complicated business functional requirements and translate into the architectural solution accordingly.
To own and review the software design, development and testing for infrastructure development projects.
To ensure the software development conforms to CMMI L2+ at team level.
To be accountable for the project delivery.
To work collaboratively with various local and global teams within the company.
To coach, manage and review staff capability and performance level.
Qualifications:
Technical and/or Functional skills:
University degree holder in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Minimum 7 years working experience in IT field mainly in software design, development and testing with more than 2 years of team leading and staff supervision experience
Computing related experience: C/C++, OOAD, design patterns, STL, Windows OS, SQL/Oracle, XML and UML.
Networking related experience: TCP/IP protocols/socket programming, CCNA/CCNP.
Project management experience will be an advantage.
Good financial market knowledge and working experience is essential.
Demonstrate evidence in good software design and engineering practices
Ability to quickly grasp market requirements and convert into technical solution.
Experience in dealing with production issues and provide follow-up recommendations

6. QA Team Manager (Media)
Role and Responsibilities:
Write and execute test cases, test scenarios and test plans for projects
Candidate will be responsible for scoping and sizing test effort on projects
Perform functional, regression, load, performance and all testing associated with projects.
Will attend daily calls with US Onsite Lead for functional area and execute agenda for the day.
Test front-end Web applications as well as back-end infrastructure
Write automated functional test scripts using Ruby, Watir, Firewatir and load scripts using Loadrunner.
Ability to lead and motivate offshore team members on a daily basis to execute the task at hand.
Participate in identifying, developing and implementing applicable processes and controls within the QA group
Work directly with local Business and Development teams to formulate testing strategy
Create weekly status report detailing progress of all ongoing projects
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and take charge of projects
Ability to work in an Onsite offshore model.
Qualifications:
