Femto Seniro Software Engineer(20人)：只要做接入网的就可以，核心网的不行，2年以上相关经验，如果做过射频拉远最好；

BACKGROUND INTRODUCTION
- The implementation of booming features requested from some big operators like AT&T, VDF etc
- The China Unicom specific features' development
- The GPS support to China Unicom's Femto trials and commercial deployment
Taking into account the large number of Femto trails to be launched by China Unicom from Dec, 2009, and commercial Femto deployment planned in Q1, 2010, it is mandatory to ramp-up the China Femto team immediately to provide the strong support for the China market.

JOB SPECIFICATION
1.        Responsible for the software design & development & testing & maintenance for WCDMA Femto product
2.        Review and analyze customer requirements, implement and test the new features
3.        Provide the level 3 support to the local market
4.        Execute the quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction and keep committed project schedule
5.        Work with other global teams, interface with other project stakeholders
6.        Being highly responsive and capable of managing changes and multi-tasks

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
1.        Education background: Bachelor or above
2.        Major in: telecommunication, computer science, or related
3.        2+ years telecommunication system related work experience; experienced in WCDMA NodeB/RNC product development is preferred
4.        Good knowledge of Wireless system (UMTS, GSM, CDMA, LTE etc) architecture, familiar with 3GPP RAN standards
5.        Strong C, C++ programming skills & experience, and good in Unix/Linux programming
6.        Familiar with s/w development processes, knowledge of a configuration management tool (ClearCase)
7.        Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Highly self-motivated and autonomous in the work, professional and effective communications both internally and externally, good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success
8.        Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
