oracle错误手册请问哪有？

各位老大：我们在使用oracle过程中，经常会出现报错，会出现类似ora-12345之类的错误代码，表示这种错误代码的手册请问哪里有？

不过8i之后的版本都没有.msg文件
只有.msb了


还是老老实实去下载error message吧！！

如果是unix的话
用oerr 更方便
