将linux下mysql中的数据导入windows的mysql中出错，如何解决？

备份库是在linux下的mysql 5.1.42导出的，要把该库导入到windows上的mysql 5.1.41。用source命令导入库6、7个小时后，出错了(出错片断):

在这之前一直是warnings：0。我想问问是不是字符集问题？如何解决？（补充：备份库是utf8的，所以当前用set names设为utf8再导入库的，导入成功的数据里的中文都可以用select * from tablename;正常显示的。）
