Key activities that he/she would be responsible for include.
1. Day to day oversight and responsibility for all GPD business in Shanghai with the GM China customer.
2. Look for and develop all GPD business opportunities with GM China. Working closely with the GM sales organization.
3. Develop and grow GPD business with GM JV's in China.
4. Manage the relationship with key customer in China
5. Ensure continued growth and recognition of the GPD GMIO HUB as a key part of the global GPD delivery capability.
6. Track and manage all project and sustain business with the JV's.
7. Developing a strong understanding of GPD systems and processes to provide direction and leadership with new business opportunities.
Competencies.
1. Excellent English and Chinese language skills.
2. Understanding of Understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing business, including Manufacturing Engineering.
3. Proven leadership and relationship skills.
4. Proven focus on quality processes and delivery.
4. Desire to continue the strong growth of GM GPD business/capability in China.
