1. Visit
http://3rdparty.downloads.openmoko.org/
Enter the gllin directory and accept the EULA
2. Download and install gllin_1.0+r350-r0_fic-gta01.ipk to Neo,
something like:
[color="#ff0102"]   scp  gllin_1.0+r350-r0_fic-gta01.ipk root@192.168.0.202:/tmp/
   ssh root@192.168.0.202
   cd /tmp
   ipkg install gllin_1.0\+r350-r0_fic-gta01.ipk
3. On Neo:
[color="#ff0102"]   cd /home/root/gllin
   ./gllin
4. In another shell,
[color="#ff0102"]   cat /tmp/nmeaP
