我的APACHE2.2为什么不服务？

日志如下：
在进程中已经启动了HTTPD，但是用IP或域名访问，都显示无法显示网页，好像服务没有起作用啊。
为什么呢？

我已经修改了httpd.conf文件的常用选择。

现在我的httpd.conf配置

结果IE输入http://192.168.0.1出现：

.index.html.swp
index.htm
robots.txt
点index.htm竟然是无法找到该页，我晕……

现在连系统自己的icons目录下的东西也显示不正常，图标全没有了。
什么问题呢？？
