squid代理服务器问题

服务器配置如下：主板：intel 810 cpu C2.4 内存：128MB HDD ST40G 7200转
装的是redhat9,按照乔木大哥所说的，安装它的时候选择防火墙为“无”
电信固定IP ：61。172。0。98
子网掩码：255。255。25。192
网关：61。172。0。129
DNS 上海的：202.96.209.5 202.96.209.133
其中：eth0是外网配置如：
IP 61。172。0。98
netmask 255.255.255.192
gateway:61.172.0.129
DNS:202.96.209.5
202.96.209.133
eth1是内网配置如：
IP 10。128。212。249
netmask :255.255.255.0
网关：无
DNS：无
一台客户机网络配置如下：

配置完成后输入：service squid start提示OK
用netstat命令查看3128 3130 也都正常
用ps -aux 查看squid 一直运行
于是急着到客户机浏览器设置代理服务器：10。128。212。249 端口：3128
输入：http://www.ks.js.cn这个网页却打不开，其它都一样打不开，
然后我用tail命令查看access.log日志文件显示如下：
1126590192。174 242 10。128。212。72 tcp-miss/503 1432 get http://www.ks.js.cn/none/-text/html
奈何我底子在差，看不懂上面是什么意思，请大家帮看看，问题出在哪里了。

client没网关吗？

先看看你的代理服务器能不能上网。
