    我想在win2003下，或winxp下安装sybase 11.9.2,但安装完成后，不能启动服务，请高手指点，怎样才能用呀！！！

可能是这句说明的问题，兄弟你的系统过程设备有问题，试着看看你的文件安全设置，是不是对这个文件有完全的权限。
