format命令报错：drive not available: formatting?

maybe some disk is not availble now.

run devfsadm or devfsadm -C first,then run format

还是报错，iostat -En 倒是看到有hard error  就2个，硬盘不一定坏 了吧

没有Hard Errors,只有Transport Errors: 32
