请教怎样解决新浪邮箱退信问题

我用redhat9下用sendmail架设了一个邮件服务器，有固定的ip地址，原来发邮件给新浪没问题，可是最近老是退信，请问怎样解决，以下是新浪回信的内容：


主题: Warning: could not send message for past 4 hours
