请问：这是squid代理产生的问题吗？该如何处理?

各位大侠：
我是某一学校的网管，我用squid做透明代理!现在学校教师上网搜索资料,上的网站，我根本没有过滤！可是总提示出错！有没有好的方法可以解决！我怀疑是squid的问题！

提示信息如下：

在squid -z后
\还有一个：
chown /var/.......
