关于setfacl的问题，在线等

我用的是freebsd 5.2.1
我想为/usr下面的文件使用acl
我是这么做的
mkdir /usr/.attributes /usr/.attributes/system
cd /usr/.attributes/system
extattrctl initattr -p /usr 388 posixle.acl_access
extattrctl initattr -p /usr 388 posixle.acl_default
之后使用
setfacl -m u:nxl:r games 出现错误
setfacl: acl_get_file() failed: Operation not supported
俺不知道如何解决了，俺是刚学freebsd，希望大哥们帮忙看一下，谢谢啦，俺在线等
