Role 1: Technical Architect or Equivalent role
Work Experience : 10+ years
Technical Skills : Hands on in Java, J2EE technologies
Product Experience : At least 3 - 5 years on Versata DCM (Distribution Channel Management)
Job Description :
• The person needs to have good knowledge of Versata DCM configurations, reporting features, how it is integrated out other applications, Loader and extractors etc.
• Ability to work with multiple stake holders - Client Business Teams, Product teams and Client technology teams for gathering business requirements
• Develop system requirements in conjunction with Versata product team and Client technology teams
• Review business & system requirements gathered by Versata product team for product configuration
• Understand all business terminology and provide inputs to Infosys team
• Validate architecture with respect to business functionality
• Validate High level design with respect to system requirements
• Coordinate with offshore teams and KT all the information gathered at onsite
• Ability to create schedules and project plans based on the system requirements
• Hands on experience in Java and should be able to easily understand the internals of how data goes into and comes out DCM product
• Low level design for DCM
• Code reviews
Role 2 : Versata DCM Business Process Consultant
Work Experience : 8+ years
Product Experience : At least 2 years on Versata DCM (Distribution Channel Management) solution
Job Description :
• Create system requirements from business requirements
• Document all Compensation Management Business Processes
• Working with Business / Application owners to improve / consolidate / Refine Compensation Management Business processes
• Coordinate with teams in the US
Role 3 : Technology Analyst/ Technology Lead
Work Experience : 3 to 5 years
Technical Skills : Hands on in Java, J2EE technologies
Product Experience : At least 2 years on Versata DCM (Distribution Channel Management) solution
Job Description :
• Create system requirements from business requirements
• Create Low Level Design
• Code development
• Test planning and testing
• Coordinate with teams in the US
