System Engineer：Preferred Qualifications:
* Solid object-oriented programming experience
* Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in programming and data management
* Proficiency in C/C++
* Proficiency in Perl/Python/shell script
* Strong coding and debugging skills
* Experience in system designing and architecting
* Proficiency in UNIX/Linux tools and utilities
* Good communication skills, good in written and oral English(English is not a must)
* B.S./M.S./Ph.D in computer sciences or related fields
Optional qualifications:
* Natural language processing, machine learning, information retrieval, data mining
* Experience in large scale Internet applications
* Experience in online advertising, search technology,
* Experience in database, distributed computing, online serving system
* 2+ years of industry experience
Service Engineer：
Responsibilities
Function as a technical generalist responsible for the overall health and performance of our ad serving platforms
Develop tools to automate the deployment, administration, and monitoring of a large-scale Linux environment
Gain deep application-level knowledge of the systems as well as contributing to their overall design
Work with development teams to harden, enhance, document, and generally improve the operability of our systems
Assist in the configuration/build-out of new deployments to facilitate our constant growth Participate in a 12x7 (daylight hours) on-call pager rotation
Minimum Job Qualifications
Solid experiences with Linux (RHEL a plus)
Extensive system administration background in Linux system
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, including application and network-level troubleshooting ability
Strong programming skills in one or more of: Perl, Python,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with development teams
