职位：
Job Title: FAE--DVB行业、机顶盒行业、C、最好做过开发
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to customers, including requirements analysis, product promotion and trainings, system evaluation, schematic review, prototype debug, production problem analysis, acting promptly to any technical issues the customers may have.
Communicate with customers, build good relationship, collecting feedbacks, work with engineering team to improve our products.
Aggressive in capturing new designs. Collaborate with sales and market teams to penetrate focused accounts. Consolidate customers’ requirements for new product definition.
Qualification:
Experiences with DVB industry technology is a must.
Experienced with software solution development in Set-Top Box is a must.
Have good knowledge on C programming is a must.
Have good knowledge of embedded software development and Microcontrollers.
Able to analyze and resolve problems independently.
Good presentation skill in both writing and verbal
Able to read and write documents in English.
A good team-player with open-minded and proactive working style
Experienced with test and analyzing equipments, such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.
BSEE with 2+ years of design and technical support experience
Job Title: IC Tester--最好用过T2K测试机。或者用过Flex、J750、V93K测试机
Responsibility:
Maintain or develop test programs using industry leading ATEs at wafer sort and final test. To undertake projects to reduce test cost, cycle time, and improve test efficiency, and work on all issues related to device testing.
Work with oversea IC design team to define, develop, and ensure quality of testing methodologies under supervising
Responsible for all SW (test program) & HW (probe card/loadboard) implementation from engineering to production.
Work with PE closely to achieve new product transferring
Responsible for device characterization and related corner lots test, as well as post data processing/characterization report. Doing bench to ATE correlation test, too.
Setup/transfer new products and technology for production off-load at off-shore. In charge of NPI to oversea OSATs
Qualification:
Knowledge of ATE testing is essential
Working experience in fast pace semiconductor manufacturing environment
Process a good sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
Willing to travel at short notice – BSEE/MSEE in electronics/electrical engineering
Minimum 3 ~ 4 years of working experience in semiconductor industry
Experience on T2K usage is necessary. Other tester platform, such as Flex, or Catalyst, J750, V93K application experience is acceptable, too
Able to understand, debug, modify and improve test program
Able to manage subcontractors (test factories) at different locations

Responsibility:
Responsible with designs, reviews, discussions and hands-on coding.
Identify the appropriate software architecture based on the requirements and design elements contained in a system specification.
Analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements.
Assist Software Designer/Implementers with the creation of detailed software design specifications.
Design, integrate and implement enhancements to our platform.
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Qualification:
3+ years of project management experiences.
10+ years of embedded software development hands-on experience with 5+ years of kernel programming under Linux.
Expert of C, C++, POSIX and shell scripting.
Deep knowledge of Linux driver model, kernel memory management, synchronization and interrupt handling.
Experience in programming in ARM assembly language.
Familiar with ARM architecture and instruction set. (MMU, CACHE, TLB, TCM...).
Excellent debugging skills, Hands on knowledge of GNU development toolchain, especially gcc for cross-compilation and linking and gdb for debugging.
Strong understanding of program optimization including low-level optimization.

Design and implement software components based on Availink IC products.
Software & hardware co-verification for Availink IC products.
Execute development process
Develop manuals and tools for software customization
Qualification:
Strong background in Linux programming, including kernel porting, boot loader, driver and GUI development.
Experience of at least one of the following open source projects: Webkit, FFMPeg, GStreamer, QT
Strong C & C++ programming skill is a must, Assembly language or Java skill is a plus.
Understanding of internet multimedia streaming is a strong plus.
Understanding of web technology including HTML5, CSS and Javascript is a strong plus.
Able to read and write documents in English.
A good team-player with open-minded and proactive working style
Minimum MS with 2 years experience or BS with 4 years experience
Job Title: Test---天津office--Key Word：硬件环境下的功能测试和性能测试
Responsibility:
Make test plan, execute test cases, defects report and track, write test report
Test environment setup
Execute the tests for customer solutions
Assist in Software or Hardware engineer to analyze and resolve technical issues
Qualification:
Strong ability of defect identification, investigation and reproduction
A quick learner and excellent problem solving skills
Proven good written and spoken communication skill in English
Proven ability of working in pressure and multi-tasks
Minimum BSEE/BSCS with 1 year experience for testing
Knows C / C++ / C# is a plus
Knows demodulator related knowledge is a plus
