招聘公司为美资音视频公司 全球2000人左右 北京office在团结湖附近 100人左右  
   
现招募SDE Lead若干名  
薪资30W左右

Qualifications include:
•        Must have minimum of five years of experience in designing/developing multi-threaded Windows applications using C/C++ with OOD & OOP
•        Must be creative, have strong problem solving ability, good verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to deliver cutting edge technology in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•        At least 3 years of experience managing software development teams
•        At least 3 years of experience working in multi-national teams that reside partially in China and partially in the United States
•        Must have experience with Windows GUI application development
•        Experience with Media Application and DirectShow development is highly desirable
•        Experience with Windows Socket network programming is highly desirable
•        Experience with Agile software development processes is highly desirable
•        Experience with HTML5/CSS3/Javascript programming is desirable
•        Experience with C#, .NET, XAML, Flash programming is desirable
•        Experience with web browser plugin technology is desirable
•        Knowledge with various audio/video codecs and file formats is desirable
•        Experience with database client development on Windows platforms is desirable
•       
•        Knowledge about Windows application installation/update technology is desirable
•        Experience with Apple OSX GUI application development is a plus
•        Experience in integration with Android, iOS, and WP7 mobile apps is a plus
•       
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
