JD：
1. Accountable for department's business results, including meeting client satisfaction, productivity and other business measurements and objectives.
- Provide competitive, efficient and high quality service through best practice, standardization and automation
- Manage overall day-to-day delivery of ongoing activities. Ensures consistent delivery to clients.
- Ensure the operation processes and working instructions are exactly followed, and compliance with company policies and other regulations.
- Lead delivery team to achieve and exceed quality targets. Monitor and guide delivery of services as per SLA/KPI.
- Manage and mitigate delivery operation risks
- Ensure effective escalation and resolution
2. Competency Leadership and People Management
- Hire proper employee (with right attitude, skills, experience)
- Ensure that we have proper employee at the right time to meet client's needs
- Equip employees with skills and knowledge to deliver quality services to clients. - Make proper investment in training and certification
- Provide technical and process guidance to teams where required.
- Make sure the team is motivated. Foster communications to staff and ensure key messages are delivered in a timely and consistent manner.
- Identify, develop and grow leadership talent
3.Control, Discipline and Integrity
- Protect clients' business through a strong control posture and operational discipline
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
•At least 5 years’ Project Management experience in IT industry
•At least 2 years’ experience in team leader or management
•Strong leadership, problem solving and communications skills;
•Has Mainframe or Mid-range server operation experience is preferred;
Japanese: Fluent JPLT-1
Chinese: Fluent
English: Fluent CET-6
