Solution Architect

Rich experience in solution architectural design area

Java EE Web Application developer

Job Responsibilities
- Work with the Architect to deliver the design documents such as High Level Design, Content Spec etc.
- Support test team to achieve the testing goal.
- Work with WW teams to analysis the business requirements, design and implement the solution
- Work with the WW/Local team leads to drive innovation during the full lifecycle of development
- Work together with worldwide counterparts and collaborate across teams to build mutual trust relationship.
- Responsible for the design, coding, unit testing, defect fix, etc

Job Requirements (skills/experiences/Qualifications)
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale Java EE web applications
- At least 2 years leadership experience in architectural design, assessing staff skill levels, assigning work appropriately, making technical decision, solution estimation.
- Solid knowledge of Java technology and SOA, including but not limited to EJB, JSP, Servlets, JMS, Web Services
- Be familiar with popular web development frameworks and tools, such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate.
- Be familiar with popular development tools, such as Eclipse, CVS, Ant, JUnit, etc
- Solid knowledge on modeling, design patterns, refactoring, unit test.
- Solid knowledge on Agile methodology and practices, such as SCRUM, Extreme Programming (XP), Test Driven Development (TDD), Continues Integration, etc.
- Solid knowledge on Database application development and LDAP
- Strong software engineering, project management knowledge & experience
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Excellent written/spoken communication skills in English

Solution Development Lead

Job Responsibilities
The person is expected to work in a global team of SEP focusing on the L3 support and development. The team in China will be involved to support global & local accounts, including, but not limited to requirement collection/analysis, L3 support. New customer transition, PoC delivery and post-implementation support for Self Enablement Portal & other Workplace Services solutions.
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
- More than 4 years IT industry services experience
- Primary skills in J2EE development and technologies (web service, database, portal UI etc.)
- Strong hands-on skills on websphere products/components configuration/administration
- Strong hands-on skills on J2EE programming
- Knowledge of SAML 1.1 and 2.x will be plus
- Experience in Websphere Portal development will be a strong plus
- Experience in L3 support will be a strong plus
- Good communication skills. Fluent oral English communication is a must.

Senior Cloud Developer

Job Responsibilities
- Work with WW stakeholders and customer facing team to gather, clarify and manage the requirements.
- Take ownership for the analysis of business requirements and developing proposals
- Take ownership for designs, solutions or architectures, and implementation.
- Make technical decision and provide technical strategy.
- Help to lead and build the high performance, innovative team.
- Design and propose the solution for customers.
- Provide the technical expertise to resolve the critical customer issues.
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
- At least 3 years experience in IT areas.
- Knowledge and experiences on virtualization (KVM, VMware etc), Systems, OS (Windows, Linux, AIX etc), storage, network
- Knowledge and experiences on Cloud Computing and Tivoli products is a strong plus
- Working experience in global IT company is a plus.
- Strong technical skills, specially in J2EE/Web applications, the solution design expertise will be a plus.
- Familiar with project management skills and disciplines
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Excellent presentation skills, negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, self-motivated

Test Architect

Work with management team and development team to deliver the test documents such as Quality Plan, Test Strategy or Test Plan, etc.
- Lead the team to ensure the test coverage and improve the testing efficiency by adopting new methods.
- Communicate with WW stakeholder/customers to coordinate solution testing, track the test progress and report the status.
- Work together with worldwide counterparts and collaborate across GPS teams to build mutual trust relationship.

Requirements:
-- Rich experience in test process about solution testing
-- Rich experience in test design techniques
-- Experience with Java/J2EE, WebSphere, DB2
-- Operating Systems: AIX and/or Linux, and Windows
-- Automation testing experience is plus

Software Globalization Test Specialist

1.Lead Globalization/Translation testing project's technical delivery
- Lead QA members to deliver assigned project
- Develop test plan and test cases
- Setup test environment on various OS platforms
- Execute Globalization verification test (GVT)
- Support worldwide linguistic testers to complete translation verification test (TVT)
- Track problems to closure for assigned tasks
- Identify concerns and potential problem areas to leader and/or manager
- Attend teleconference call to communicate with worldwide product development teams for timely issues resolution
2. Handle customer issues and perform the testing specific to language environment per request

Skill Requirement:
- Familiar with software test methodology, process and tools
- Equipped with basic programming skills, Java programming is preferred.
- Familiar with Windows, Linux and Unix platforms
- Familiar with Relational database and Application Server, e.g. DB2/Oracle and WAS
- Fluent English in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
