职位1：Senior Software Project Manager Job description
System x Architecture and Solutions team (XAS) was formed in 2011 with goal to develop customer oriented System x management solutions, especially for Growth Market Units (GMU). Solutions target to provide customers values, like: Integrated Design, Build-in Expertise and Enhanced User Experience.
In XAS team, you will have chance to:
- Work with field team to understand latest IT industry trend and customers need.
- Work in System x management solutions development end to end.
- Integrated with global teams with different cultures, grow yourself with smart people.
We are now looking for experienced software project manager to join us in Shanghai, China System and Technical Lab (CSTL).
Required Skills
- 3+ Years experience in end to end Software Project Management, planning, execution, tracking and closure.
- Comprehensive knowledge in risk management, issue management, change management, communication management.
- Applied skill in Agile methodologies. SCRUM is preferred.
- Strong leadership in building world wide project teams and relationship with global stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in one of following language development: C/C++, Java, Python, Java Script
- Bachelor's degree education required.
- System management experience is plus.

We are now looking for experienced Software Technical Lead to join us in Shanghai, China System and Technical Lab (CSTL).
Required Skills
- Comprehensive architecture and design skills. Lead the design and implementation by working very closely with world wide Architecture team.
- Proficient on C/C++, JAVA, DOJO programming language for both User Interface and Engine development.
- Familiarity with cross-browser JavaScript development and compatibility issues.
- Strong problem solver with creative and analytical mind.
- Applied skill in Agile methodologies. SCRUM is preferred.
- Strong leadership in building world wide project teams and relationship with global stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree education required.
- Windows/Linux/Unix experience is required.
- System management experience with x86 server, switch and storage is plus.

It is part of System x Architecture and Solutions team (XAS) team with goal to develop customer oriented System x management solutions, especially for Growth Market Units (GMU). Solutions target to provide customers values, like: Integrated Design, Build-in Expertise and Enhanced User Experience.
In XSS team, you will have chance to:
- Participate in System x management solutions concept build to meet latest IT industry and customers need.
- Work in System x management solutions development end to end.
- Integrated with global teams with different cultures, grow yourself with smart people.
We are now looking for experienced Software Engineer to join us in Shanghai, China System and Technical Lab (CSTL).
Required Skills
- Solid architecture and design skills.
- Proficient with C/C++, shell script programming on Windows and Linux/Unix.
- Good problem solver with creative and analytical mind.
- System management experience x86 hardware, firmware; storage and network configuration is a plus.
- Knowledge of DMTP, CIM, SNMP; Experience in OpenPegasus CIM development is a plus
- Familiar with JavaScript, Java, CSS, Python is a plus.
- Knowledge in Agile methodologies, like SCRUM, is a plus.
