  这条又是什么意思？

For your first error message, please refer to the following link to see if that gives you some hint:

For the LVM messages, they indicate the alternate path in the Volume Group has automatically switched, probably resulted from a failure of one of the two paths to the disks. Your access to the disks should be ok, but you want to have a closer look to why the path failover happened. Are you using SAN? Maybe one of the SAN switches had a reboot, if that is the case, you can safely ignore these messages.
