关于swinstall错误

在HP-UX下安装软件的时候出现这样的错误，无法编译，是什么原因呢？

用的是root帐户

#swinstall -s /tmp/soft/libiconv.depot

把/var/adm/sw/swagentd.log贴出来

1. nslookup WEBSERV
2. nslookup IP_Address
（检查网络和主机名配置是不是正常）
3. /sbin/init.d/swagent stop
    /sbin/init.d/swagent start
如果还不行，再看发swagent.log和swagentd.log

我再出点主意：
1、看一下这个文件是不是存在，如果存在，删了它
/var/adm/sw/products/swlock
2、重启一下RPC，在/sbin/init.d/下面，叫什么名字不记得了
3、重启swagentd

如果还是没有解决问题，在swinstall时加一个参数
swinstall -x rpc_timeout=9 -s /tmp............

再不行，小弟没办法了，黔驴技穷了。。。

好象网络有问题。。。
