Job description
Job Responsibilities
1. Work with different functions within the company to define, supervise and execute service excellence of internal/external communication/client experience
2. Lead team to manage internal communication programs – Hall of Fame, Newsletter, CareerTalk etc.
3. Work with the front end sales/solution/account team, on the strategy for each client visiting (building a dossier on the customer, outlining a sales pitch, identifying their hot buttons, drawing up the opening presentation on the center, working with other technical presenters on their pitch)
4. Clear understanding and identify key technical issues to be address that map to the customer needs and sales objectives
5. Develop an agenda, identify the appropriate executive and senior technical resources and prepare the visit participants to ensure technical congruency in the content and objectives
6. Take care of SSVT WOW tour activities to promote the value of global delivery framework and differentiate IBM’s services delivery
7. Bid Support: Pre or Post visit to the center, customers may request information on specific businesses of IBM
8. Plan and implement CRM activities to keep in touch with customers regularly and therefore ensure customer visit satisfaction is top of mind
9. Plan and lead marketing activities to promote delivery center capability to sending countries
10. Constantly re-look and improve processes and materials to run better client briefing, marketing and communication services
11. Analysis and reporting on customer visits, wins and losses
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 10 years of experience of IT Services Sales, Marketing and Delivery
2. People management experience is an added advantage
3. Should have great communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills to execs & clients , project management skills and should have ability to implement situational leadership behaviors
4. Fluent in both spoken English and Chinese, Japanese is preferred.
5. MBA education background preferred
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in IT Service Sales
At least 5 years experience in Executing Briefing
At least 5 years experience in Marketing in IT Industry
English: Fluent
Japanese: Intermediate
Chinese simplified: Fluent
Preferred
Master's Degree
