请问是哪里的问题！

日志里面看不出来，不过网络配置助手没得安装也没问题，可以手动配置。

关于startup数据库不能启动，检查下init文件，启动提示不能打开文件，看文件是否存在，权限是否正确。

是因为DBS目录下没有initrhdc.ora文件
cp  /home/app/oracle/admin/RHDC/pfile/init.ora.58201321276 /home/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/dbs/initrhdc.ora

[oracle@sy ~]$ sqlplus /nolog
