岗位要求:
80% of the time provide 1st line phone and email support in AP time zone for DNV users worldwide
• Create cases for each user request
• Restore normal service agreed at 1st line as quickly as possible. Typical cases handled in GSD are client site issue, account management, permission management, application installation issue and etc.
• Liaise with specialized support groups to achieve solutions. Make sure all the cases get followed properly.
• Promote a positive customer experience with IT support.
20% of the time complete user admin associated work for DNV global staff
• Create user account for new DNV staff
• Change the account setting for DNV staff’s transferring
• Disable/remove the account for DNV staff’s termination
• Adjust the setting for organization change
Participation in task/projects per requests.
岗位要求:
Have proficiency in English – spoken and written is a must
Have relevant computer education with minimum bachelor degree is required
Minimum 1-year IT end user support experience
Be customer-oriented and have effective communication skills
Good at time management
Maintain a high team spirit and have a proactive attitude
