Job Description for Sterling OMS designer:
1. 3~4 years experience of Sterling OMS configuration/design/customization.
2. Have actual design experience of DOM, GIV, COM and Reverse Logistics.
2. Have actual design experience of Order Creation, Order Modification, Allocation&Sourcing, and Schedule&Release.
3. Have actual experience of Sterling participant modeling and process modeling.
4. Have actual experience of Agent and Integration server defining.
5. Have actual design experience of DB/UI extension, custom API and define SDF service.

Job Description for Sterling OMS developer:
1. At least 2 years of Sterling extension/customization.
2. Know how to do DB/UI extension, custom API and define SDF service.
3. Know how to define user exit and event handler.
4. know how to do testing though API tester and Application console.
5. COM (Sterling call center) experience will be preferred.
