请教centos7.2：yum groupinstall无法安装grouplist中的group

centos 7.2，先grouplist：
# yum grouplist

Available Groups:
   Compatibility Libraries
   Console Internet Tools
   Development Tools
   Graphical Administration Tools
   Legacy UNIX Compatibility

   Security Tools
   Smart Card Support
   System Administration Tools
   System Management
Done

想安装Available Groups:中的某个，
#yum groupinstall “System Management”
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, langpacks
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
Warning: group System does not exist.
Warning: group Management does not exist.
Maybe run: yum groups mark install (see man yum)
No packages in any requested group available to install or update

Available Groups中的所有都无法安装，Available Environment Groups:中的都可以安装成功，
哪个大侠指导这是为何？ yum源配的本地源，用的是everything 的ISO做的。

yum clean all  清空信息

yum group info "Development Tools"  看看能看到信息不

不行重新配置下yum源（配置命令贴出来看看）

    yum group info "Development Tools"   能看到信息。

yum配置为：
[base-debuginfo]
name=CentOS-7 - Debuginfo
baseurl=file:///mnt/centos72
gpgcheck=0
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-Debug-7
enabled=1

clean 了重新install就好了，多谢

先做一个yum缓存吧： yum clean all; yum makecache; yum groupinstall "..."
