无法截断日志，停在那里没有任何反应

有个问题想请教：
我做dump tran xxxx with truncate_only做日志截断时，没有任何反应。查syslogshold表时，可以看到其中这样一条记录，spid为6：

我再用sp_who看时，可以看到这样：
      0     50 lock sleep   NULL                          
         NULL                           BDWG-UY1   6

         NULL                                      0   
         bdwg                           CHECKPOINT SLEEP
说明我的dump的spid为50，这个进程被lock了，而阻塞它的正好是spid为6的进程，请问这个是为什么？该怎么解决？

我把server都重新启动过了再做，还是一样的

补充一下，目前数据库使用的日志空间大约为700M，但是等2个小时也截断不了

查看具体是什么sql语句，在执行！
不行就kill掉

错误日志里有692错误，该object正好是syslogs。
目前syslogs表里有880万行记录。
做dbcc tablealloc出现这样大量的提示：
