Position: System Administrator
Responsibilities: 工作职责
1、IT规划的执行：根据公司网络规划与业务需要，执行网络及系统的组建、安装、调试、调整，及时反馈与沟通调整网络规划中问题，确保IT工具的良好使用；
2、流程与制度的完善：根据规范、流程以及产品说明等实施网络与系统服务器的日常维护、配制、安装等，在实践中不断完善、优化部门流程与制度，提高所负责业务的效率；
3、网络与系统的优化：通过分析网络与系统在性能容量、可靠性、安全性等方面的问题，提出优化改进方案，以提高工作效率、综合利用率、网络运作效率等；
4、日常维护：及时解决网络与系统日常维护工作中发生的各类问题，并整理收集问题解决方案等材料，降低故障率；
5、IT技能培训：编制公司计算机基础知识、常用软件和其它管理软件使用教材，并对用户进行培训，提高公司的整体IT应用能力。
1. Responsible for the set-up, installation, testing and adjustment of company net work, quickly feedback to the problems as operating the network and insure a straightway network.
2. Responsible for standardizing and enhancing IT process as well as the management.
3. Responsible for optimizing the network and system through analyzing the capability and safety, to set up a more adequately effective and utilized network.
4. Responsible for the daily maintenance of network, solve the problem and reduce the broken-down.
5. Responsible for the IT skills training for the staff about some basic PC knowledge, common software and other management software.
Qualifications: 职位要求
1. 教育背景：计算机专业相关专业本科以上学历。
2、经验：二年以上网络与信息系统管理经验。
3、知识/技能：掌握数据库知识，精通windows2000server等常见服务器软件的管理与配置，掌握网络规划与监控技术，熟悉各种办公软件和硬件,精通计算机常见故障的解决，掌握网站的设计和制作。
4、素质要求：
1）思维能力：能够发现事件的多种可能的原因以及可能引发的不同后果，找出复杂事物之间的联系，逐步排除不太相关的信息，对问题进行准确定位；
2）团队合作：愿意与他人合作，主动与其他成员进行沟通交流，共同分享信息、知识、资源；
3）主动性：及时发现工作中存在的问题，并快速采取应对行动。
