Job Application:
Mobile phone application SWE (Software Engineer)

Goals/Mission:  
We are developing Application Layer and User Interface software for BenQ 2G/2.5G/3G Mobile Phones for the worldwide market. Our development activities include the development of Software platform for GSM/GPRS/EDGE Phone, as well as products in cooperation with other development sites.
Working Partners/Contacts:   
* Project Leader and Architect.
* Requirement team
* Integration team
* Test team and other technical experts
Tasks:
* Creation of interface specification and design of software module
* Realization of software modules.  
* Planning and performing unit test
* Maintaining of software modules
Requirements:  
* Professional knowledge and experience with C or C++, 2+ years’ experience .
* Software development skills and experience in OOA&D
* Knowledge of software development process (e.g. V-model)
* Knowledge of embedded software development is an advantage
* Familiar with Application and User Interface Software development, preferred for Mobile Phones
* Knowledge of GSM is appreciated
* Familiar with software configuration & change management tools, such as ClearCase, ClearQuest.
* Good written and oral English skills.
Experience   
* Working experience in Application or User Interface software development for embedded system

Education   
* Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or telecommunication
