请教高人，PING不通127.0.0.1，却能上网

这几天在学校用drcom-client上网出现了一个怪问题
就是我PING不通127.0.0.1以及任意一个IP地址，却能正常上网，QQ等..
还有就是我网络速度特别慢，HTTP下载平均5K/S，在XP下可以达到几十上百..
网上很多人说是TCP/IP协议问题，我想协议出问题了为什么能上网呢？
望高手解决.. 或者教我重装TCP/IP协议..
不想重装系统阿，LINUX下程序好难装..
