我的squidclamav出了什么问题

我用squidclamav防毒，主要是为了保护windows机器，但是并没有查毒的效果。无论访问什么网页(即使是有毒的网页，也无查毒的效果出来)。请了解的人提示一下。]
squidclamav.conf 配置如下:
debug 0
force 1
stat 1
clamd_local /usr/local/clamav
clamd_ip 127.0.0.1
clamd_port 3310

abort ^.*\.gz$
abort ^.*\.bz2$
abort ^.*\.pdf$
abort ^.*\.js$

clamav.conf配置如下:

squid.conf如下:
        acl localhost src 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.255
        acl to_localhost dst 127.0.0.0/8
        http_access deny to_localhost
        redirector_access deny localhost
        redirect_program /usr/local/bin/squidclamav
        redirect_children 10
