具体遇到什么异常！单纯看这些cpu 利用率较高但io比较低是不是在跑什么特定应用？例如某个不良sql之类的！都要猜才行，信息太少了

It's definetely running table scan.
sp_reportstats to see who used the most cpu and get appropriate spid
sp_showplan spid,null,null,null to get the query plan, then you will see it runs table scan against big table(s)
