一旦出现了这个错，region就会down下来。
以前没有发生过，但现在这个错误出现的越来越频繁了。
请教各位高手了！

Explanation: In order to maintain integrity of
data structures CICS uses a mutual exclusion
locking scheme; a process has terminated
without releasing its exclusive hold on a resource
lock.
System Action: The region is abnormally
terminated with code U5655.
User Response: Refer to preceding and
subsequent messages for an indication why this
may have happened. Additionally, the system
administrator may wish to investigate the
disappearance of the process. For example, a
force purge of a transaction would have this
effect.

杀掉了一个把持着critical mutex的cicsas。可能是因为超时，或者服务程序调用exit/abort或者直接退出。
请打最高版本的补丁。
