一.Junior IT Help desk engineer(3人)
Location:北京
SCOPE OF WORK
1.Helpdesk staff responsibilities
2.Excellent English communication skills
3.Installing and upgrading all licensed software. Including but not limited to Microsoft Windows, 4.Ms Office, Maze, Access-IT and Symantec.
5.Support users that have application problems.
6.Installation of patches and drivers
7.Virus scans and Live updates
8.Email setup
9.Printer setup
10.Ghosting/imaging of computers
11.Installing memory (RAM)
12.Related duties assigned by IT Manager, IT Director ...
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
“3-5 years experience mainly on Microsoft Server systems (Exchange, Microsoft Directory Services, IIS etc.) “, high level of English, and very self-managed. Must be able to plan and fully complete projects by themselves.
二.Senior Engineer(1人)
Location:上海
SCOPE OF WORK:
Helpdesk staff responsibilities:
Excellent English communication skills
Installing and upgrading all licensed software. Including but not limited to Microsoft Windows, Ms Office, Maze, Access-IT and Symantec.
Support users that have application problems.
Installation of patches and drivers
Virus scans and Live updates
Email setup
Printer setup
Ghosting/imaging of computers
Installing memory (RAM)
Related duties assigned by IT Manager, IT Director or Bursar.
Senior Network/Infrastructure staff responsibilities:
All of the duties outlined above
Excellent English communication skills
Installing and upgrading Microsoft Windows Server 2003
Familiar with Active Directory, DHCP and Veritas Backup and Restore
Familiar routers and switches and Network topology
Related duties assigned by IT Manager, IT Director.
Recent projects: “working with China Telecom to install fiber line into server room, migration of pop3 accounts to Exhange, moving core-switch from old server room to new server room, maintain and configure PBX Server, switch and panel maintenance.”
